How to Make Sandwich Bread Step by Step


1. Activate the Yeast

3. Knead the Dough

5. Shape the Loaf

Punch down the dough. 

Flatten into a rectangle and roll tightly into a loaf shape.


6. Second Rise

Place in a greased loaf pan and let rise for 30–45 minutes until it rises just above the pan.


7. Bake

Bake at 180°C for 25–30 minutes until golden brown.


8. Cool & Slice

Cool for at least 15 minutes before removing from the pan. 

Let it cool completely before slicing.
